To ensure that you and those around you reap the full benefits of Milestones Massage Co., please note the following tips:

Book in Advance

When at all possible, please try to book your next appointment before leaving.  Otherwise plan to book at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure you get the time that works best for you.

Cancellation/Change Policy

In order to provide all our clients with the highest level of service, we ask that you provide a minimum 12 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a 50% late cancellation charge applied to your account if we are unable to fill the space. “No shows” will be charged full value of the treatment booked. Scheduling an appointment with us is your acceptance of this policy.


To enjoy the fullest pleasure of your massage experience, please arrive 15 minutes in advance. We understand that situations may arise where you can not make it on time for your appointment and will try our best to accommodate you.  However, if we cannot extend your time due to other bookings, your service will be altered. Milestones Massage Co. reserves the right to charge 100% of the treatment price when accommodating late clients.

Respect Other Guests

Milestones Massage Co.’s environment is one of quiet and relaxation.  Please respect our guest’s right to privacy; ensure all cell phones are turned off, speak in hushed tones, and please leave children in the care of someone else.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount or massage service. Online orders are also available. Gift Certificates are non-refundable but transferable and must be presented at time of payment.  Gift cards/certificates for services are valid for 6 months after the date of purchase unless otherwise posted on the certificate; dollar amounts do not expire.

Gratuities and taxes are not included. Prices are subject to change without notice.
